What do we do?
Simply Organized Spaces, LLC helps home owners and small business owners reduce clutter, create effective storage solutions, improve their efficiency and create more welcoming and professional spaces. I provide custom tailored organizing solutions and education based on an individual’s goals, budget, and lifestyle, which gives my clients a sense of control and peace about their spaces, improves their efficiency and reduces stress. My individualized approach ensures each client achieves their organizing goals no matter how big or small.
What is a Professional Organizer?
The National Association of Professional Organizers defines a Professional Organizer as someone who “enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transferring organizing skills.” A Professional Organizer also “educates the public on organizing solutions and the resulting benefits.” The purpose of home and office organization is to improve the clients’ quality of life by teaching them to take control of their lives, while increasing the functionality and presentation of their homes or offices.
What will Simply Organized Spaces, LLC provide for me?
Simply Organized Spaces, LLC will provide quality in home and office organization for you. The purpose of professional organization is to provide you with a chance to take control of your household surroundings. Services will include identification of problems as well as possible solutions that fit your lifestyle. During your consultations, a professional organizer will walk you through the de-cluttering and organizing process while teaching you essential organizing principles so you can maintain your systems. The emphasis for all organizing consultations will be training you to reach your goals.
What training do your organizers have?
As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, I receive training and professional support from organizers around the country increasing our ability to provide quality service to our clients. I have completed over twenty hours of training, including five professional courses currently offered by NAPO. I also have over 10 years of teaching experience in both educational and corporate settings. I offer unique and specialized organizing services designed to make my clients feel comfortable asking for help.
What should I expect from my organizing consultation?
The home organization process will include initial interviews to determine your goals and lifestyle factors as well as any budget concerns. During an organizing consultation we will discuss your goals for your space as well as any barriers you feel are keeping you from getting and staying organized. Most sessions will last 3 hours depending on a client’s goal and time availability. Together we will decide on an organizing system that fits into your budget and lifestyle. I will also provide you with education and training on current organizing trends and processes.
What do we expect from you?
Due to the instructional nature of our organizing sessions I ask that you plan to have a block of uninterrupted time scheduled to meet with me. Please ensure that there will be limited interruptions during the organizing session. I recommend making arrangements for any children at home as well as turning off cell phones and limiting outside interruptions. If you need to cancel an organizing session I ask for 24 hour notice. Any cancellation without prior coordination will be subject to a no-show fee.
